Peter M. Ullman is an Intellectual Property / Patent Attorney      Peter M. Ullman specializes in protecting computer-related inventions. His practice focuses on building intellectual property portfolios to create value, developing IP strategies to achieve business goals, and pre-litigation counseling to analyze third-party risk.

      With a degree in computer science from Princeton University, Peter excels at handling technologies that involve theoretical or complex subject matter. He has handled cases involving topics such as cryptography, digital rights management, relational databases, error correction encoding, and telecommunications protocols, among others.

      Peter has prepared and prosecuted numerous patent applications, has advised corporate executives on issues of patent infringement and validity, and has testified on behalf of a client in a patent infringement case.

      Previously a partner at a national intellectual property law firm, Peter has over 20 years of experience practicing law. His clients range from Fortune 500 companies to early stage ventures.
