Peter
M. Ullman
specializes
in protecting computer-related inventions. His practice focuses on
building intellectual property portfolios to create value, developing
IP strategies to achieve business goals, and pre-litigation counseling
to analyze third-party risk.
With
a degree in computer science from Princeton University, Peter excels at
handling technologies that involve theoretical or complex subject
matter. He has handled cases involving topics such as cryptography,
digital rights management, relational databases, error correction
encoding, and telecommunications protocols, among others.
Peter
has prepared and prosecuted numerous
